• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our products.
• Use the Services in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the Services or violate these Terms.

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, logos, code, trademarks, graphics, and software provided by ALODES remain the exclusive property of ALODES or its licensors.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Certain aspects of our Services may allow you to create, post, or share content (such as profiles, comments, screenshots, or in-game elements).

• Ownership: You retain all your intellectual property rights in the content you create.

• License: By posting content through our Services, you grant ALODES a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content for the purposes of providing, promoting, and improving our Services.

• Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights to this content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Some Services may require payment or subscription. All fees are due as specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALODES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALODES, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Côte d’Ivoire, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
